These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) establish the legal conditions for the use of the YazBoz mobile application (“Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

Legal Basis:
This agreement has been prepared in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, European Union consumer protection legislation, and international digital service standards.

Mandatory Analytics Data Collection:
Analytics data collection is mandatory to provide the basic functions of the application and optimize its performance. This data collection process cannot be rejected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing

5.1 Copyright Protection
The YazBoz application and all its content are protected by copyright.
Software code, design, logo, and brand must be protected.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5.2 Trademark Registration Information
The name YazBoz is registered as a trademark.
Registration Scope: Magnetic, optical recording carriers and computer programs and software recorded thereon; electronic publications downloadable via computer networks and recordable on magnetic and optical media, mobile applications, cryptocurrencies (software), non-fungible tokens (Qualified Intellectual Property Deed); magnetic/optical reader cards, magnetic, optical, and electronic media recorded cinema films, series and video music clips.

5.3 Third-Party Licenses
Third-party services such as Firebase and Google Analytics are used.
These services have their own terms of use.

6. Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty Conditions

6.1 Service Warranty

  • Service is provided “as is”

  • No uninterrupted service guarantee is provided

  • No performance guarantee is provided

  • Data loss risk belongs to the user

6.2 Liability Limitations

  • No liability is accepted for indirect damages

  • Damages from data loss are limited

  • No liability for problems arising from third-party services

7. Service Changes and Updates

7.1 Service Updates

  • The right to change application features is reserved

  • New features can be added

  • Old features can be removed

  • Performance improvements can be made

  • Important changes are announced 30 days in advance

8. Agreement Termination and Cancellation

  • User can delete their account at any time

  • Company can suspend account for inappropriate use

  • Service can be terminated due to legal obligations

8.2 Termination Consequences

  • When account is deleted, data is permanently deleted

  • Recovery process is not possible

  • Paid fees are not refunded

  • Liability continues after termination

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

  • This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey

  • International trade law rules apply

  • EU consumer protection legislation is valid

9.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Friendly solution is sought first

  • Mediation process can be applied

  • Istanbul Courts are authorized

  • International arbitration is possible
