These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) set forth the legal terms governing the use of the YazBoz mobile application (“Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

Legal Basis: This agreement has been prepared in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, European Union consumer protection legislation, and international digital service standards.

Mandatory Analytics Data Collection: Analytics data collection is mandatory to provide core application functionality and optimize performance. This data collection cannot be refused.


2. Service Description and Features

2.1 Service Scope

  • Social features and sharing

  • In-app notifications

2.2 Technical Features

  • iOS 16.1+ compatibility

  • Offline operation support

  • Automatic data synchronization

  • Secure data encryption

3. Terms of Use and Restrictions

3.1 Proper Use

  • Use only for legal and ethical purposes

  • Do not infringe on others’ rights

  • Maintain application integrity

  • Comply with community rules

3.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering the application

  • Attempting to bypass security measures

  • Entering false data

  • Commercial use of the application

  • Copyright infringement

  • Distributing malicious software


4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 General Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

  • Ensuring account security

  • Following application updates

  • Reporting errors

  • Complying with community rules

4.2 Data Responsibility

  • Ensuring the security of own data

  • Respecting others’ data

  • Not sharing inappropriate content

  • Not infringing copyright


5. Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing

5.1 Copyright Protection

  • YazBoz application and all content are protected by copyright

  • Software code, design, logo, and brand must be protected

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited

5.2 Trademark Registration Information
YazBoz name is registered as a trademark.
Registration Scope: Magnetic and optical data carriers and computer programs and software recorded thereon; electronic publications downloadable via computer networks and recordable on magnetic and optical media, mobile applications, cryptocurrencies (software), non-fungible tokens (Qualified Intellectual Property); magnetic/optical reader cards, cinema films, series and video music clips recorded on magnetic, optical, and electronic media.

5.3 Third Party Licenses
Third-party services such as Firebase and Google Analytics are used.
These services have their own terms of use.


6. Disclaimer and Warranty Conditions

6.1 Service Warranty

  • Service is provided “as is”

  • No uninterrupted service guarantee

  • No performance guarantee

  • Risk of data loss belongs to the user

6.2 Liability Limitations

  • No liability for indirect damages

  • Damages from data loss are limited

  • No liability for issues arising from third-party services


7. Service Changes and Updates

7.1 Service Updates

  • Right to change application features is reserved

  • New features may be added

  • Old features may be removed

  • Performance improvements may be made

7.2 Notification Process

  • Significant changes notified 30 days in advance

  • In-app notification system used

  • Email notification provided

  • Website update published


8. Agreement Termination

8.1 Termination Rights

  • User can delete account at any time

  • Company may suspend account for inappropriate use

  • Service may be terminated due to legal requirements

8.2 Termination Consequences

  • Data is permanently deleted when account is deleted

  • Recovery is not possible

  • Paid fees are non-refundable

  • Liability continues after termination


9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

  • This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey

  • International trade law rules apply

  • EU consumer protection legislation is valid

9.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Amicable solution sought first

  • Mediation process may be applied

  • Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction

  • International arbitration is possible
